St Remio are excited to be the official coffee supplier for The Lucas Group’s highly anticipated brand new restaurant, Kisumé.
A contemporary experience that's built on duality, with a cuisine that draws on the purity of Japanese food and injects it with a uniquely Australian sensibility, Kisumé is the latest addition to a stable of Lucas Group restaurants that have taken Melbourne by storm.
A standard strong espresso or latte was not going to complement the fine Japanese cuisine that Kisumé offer, so St Remio worked with the team to create a light and fragrant option they could offer diners at the end of their meal or with dessert.
St Remio have specially sourced an organic single origin from Papua New Guinea to serve at Kisumé, which will be brewed in a moccamaster, which when filtered will boast a standout sweet and fruity profile that is light and aromatic on the palate.
Presented to the tables in a Glass Chemex Carafe and served in handmade Japanese lopsided tea mugs, St Remio’s filtered coffee will complete the dining experience in what will certainly be Melbourne’s newest and most-in-demand culinary hotspot.
